TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Hello Petals to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.

Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Hello Petals by emailing: info@hellopetalsdesign.com

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your credit card number is accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues, however please be advised that your order cannot be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. You need to select the right delivery area in the checkout so you are charged the correct delivery fee. If you do not select the right delivery area we will deduct the delivery amount from the flower value. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Hello Petals will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hello Petals 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

REFUNDS

Generally Hello Petals is unable to give refunds and exchanges for flowers, as each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please email us to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. Same day delivery may be cancelled, but are not eligible for a refund

Note: All refunds for orders placed online are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. 

DELIVERIES

Normal delivery hours for Hello Petals are between 9am and 5pm.

Hello Petals cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. As Hello Petals is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.

Deliveries within Miami Dade and Broward have a $15.00 dollar fee, we deliver with 2 days of your order
